Get ready to forget..

One thing I am quite sure, when you drag around trash from the past, it's impossible to clearly see what lies ahead.

We are living through very important times. Times that will mark a before and after in the lives of many children of God.

The Messiah is calling His people to drop everything that lies behind; all the trash that limits us. To put an end to fruitless lifestyles. To forgive. To let go. To start over with a blank canvas. For this is the time where he intends to write a new chapter in the lives of those who love Him.

Time to see the ressurrection of long forgotten dreams. Time of full joy to achieve what you thought once impossible. Time for new ideas, new conquests. Time for restoration and reconciliation. Long is the list for what God has in store for us this season.
However, in order for this to happen one must get rid of the old garments.

Stop living in the past so you do not miss the bus. Pay attention. Open your eyes. Understand the times. Seek the face of God, humble yourself before Him. Make yourself available. Don't stay out of what God is doing.

In my conversations with the Lord, I remember mentioning numerous times. "Do not leave me out of your plans for the end times"
And as a result of praying, my eyes were opened to see the new things of God. And this is for everyone who is thirsty.

““Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”
Isaiah 43:18-19 NIV

The Goodies of the Kingdom

Once, the Lord showed me in a dream, a large grocery store. Full of all kinds of good stuff. As I looked around He said,
"everything in here is yours for free." I remember being excited and feeling so grateful.

Then when I wake up, the Lord leads me to His Word to show me what he meant,

“Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost.”
Isaiah 55:1 NIV

I call this the goodies of the Kingdom of my Father.
The Kingdom has so many riches to be discovered and thus unleashed on the lives of those who love God's presence. Whoever is like that knows that there is always more in God. The word limit does not exist in the Kingdom. It's all about positioning yourself and seize those things that the Lord already paid high price for. No wonder why in my dream I could take anything in the supermarket without paying a dime. Isn't that awesome!

His Word says that the "Kingdom of God suffers violence and the violent take it by force alone" (Matt. 11:12).
That word can not be further from reality. It hits the mark, because to take a hold of the inheritance that belong to us, those who are meant to be experienced on this side of life, one must be bold and believe like children (Matt 11:25, Matt 18:3).
Only by faith we SEE the kingdom only by faith we can interact with the supernatural God. Faith is like a passport.
Many of the promises in the Word were designed to be lived in this realm, certainly we will not need them on the other side.

If you're like me, take the promises already in the Word of God, make them yours today. They have the power to transform. Declare them over your life, over your children, your marriage, your family.
Remember that you and I are made in the image and likeness of God.  One of the characteristics we inherit is the creative power of the word "In your tongue lies the power of life and death." (Psalm 33: 6, Proverbs 18:21.)
For those who have ears ...

“For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.”
1 Corinthians 4:20 NIV

“and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light.”
Colossians 1:12 NIV

The Wait

I waited, I waited much. But in exchange, I learned a lot too.

I experienced how God trains his children to learn patience. To have perseverance and fortitude in this walk.

He once told me. "Jireh, delight in my patience because I want to take you to where it is needed. I will teach you patience"

I realize that we went through several stages. The tantrums to God when we wait for something with uncontrollable anxiety, crying out 'why' or 'when' like spoiled children.

We continued walking and since we saw the Lord always arrived on time in a problem of the past, then, we developed a little more confidence. Though, without leaving aside the "desperate" way of praying for the Lord to manifest himself.

Finally, we reached a point where we simply say to the Lord. I trust you. I know you're not lying, I know you very well. You're going to accomplish what you have promised.

At this point, hope renews on it's own. Because it no longer depends on emotions, or the uncertainty of the situation, but, you know, that you know, that God will once again come through as He always has on past occasions. Their hope is completely put in a God who does not lie.

Wow! When we managed to get there, nothing disturbs us. And we wait quietly while we rejoice in the Lord.

Delight in the Lord while you await. It is worth waiting for God's time.

It is never in vain ... Never.

“Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!””
Luke 1:45 NIV
